Quirky hotel with perfect location in a great area of the city in the Condesa district🙂

Beds were not very comfortable.

A nice size and top-notch hotel unit with double beds. Located in 10 minutes' walk from Chapultepec metro station.

Fairly clean, nicely decorated hotel with service-minded staff from a waiter. A very very nice area, the best location right by excellent restaurants as well as Chapultepec park, great cafes and restaurants, and the local park. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a modern shopping mall.

We stayed in deluxe queen room with double beds. The location seemed absolutely perfect in a great neighbourhood. Local fast food option El Pescadito was 5 minutes walk away.

My room included a magnificent balcony and a nice window. The breakfast spread was freshly prepared with fresh fruit and granola, for example.

Brilliant central location near many restaurants and bars and Roma and Condesa. Restaurant Resto Cafe Felicidad located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

the location is magnificent in a very comfortable area, not far from parks, restaurants, galleries, walking paths, comfortable rooms as well as indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces, condesa and roma norte, and the better central neighborhoods in the capital.

Fresh made breakfast with a lot of great foods. Top-notch deluxe double room with a view, QUIET atmosphere. Perfect and magnificent location, just walking distance from everywhere. Nice restaurant not very far from the hotel.

A cute little hotel, my first choice in Mexico City. Magnificent and unbeatable location in a really comfortable area just off nice outdoor areas, much storage space, and trendy.

We loved the clean rooms and the beautiful natural light throughout the hotel. The daily breakfasts were enjoyable, especially the guava jam. The staff, particularly Kayleigh, provided excellent service and helped us with detailed directions. The hotel was located in a great neighborhood on a quiet street.

Great location, in a charming house located in a quiet road at the heart of Roma/Condessa neighborhoods, at walking distance to nice fashion and design shops, bookstores, restaurants, cafés and mercados. Staff is very friendly and make you feel at home. Breakfast is also great (assuming you like mexican food).

I pretty much liked everything, but it would be perfect if they had frigobars in the room, and city (not mountain!) bicycles, with a basket, to lend.

Beautiful small hotel, indoor/outdoor, wonderful and relaxed staff, AMAZING location, ultra-fast free wifi internet, very good breakfast included.

Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location - really close to Spain Park. Walking distance to boutiques and a supermarket across the street. Top-notch room, airy, with big beds. Delightful view, freshly prepared breakfast options with ham, so much brilliant food in CDMX, wonderful freshly squeezed orange juice.

We got great value for our money at this charming boutique hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions like Bosque de Chapultepec and the historical center. The staff treated us like VIPs, giving us excellent recommendations for restaurants and helping us arrange a last-minute tour when our original plans fell through.

The only thing that could have been better about breakfast were the lack of a TV station guide. We had to scroll through all the channels to find the news we wanted, but it wasn't a big deal.
